Plant dyes are "living" colors that can be shifted by chemicals and drastic changes in pH. Heavy perspiration may affect specific kind of natural dyes. This depends individually.

BE MINDFUL OF:

Oil

Rust

Bleach

Strong soaps / detergent

Acidic liquid like citric fruit juice, vinegar etc

Heavy perspiration

Please follow these care guidelines for maximizing the lifespan of our plant dyed pieces

1. Use a gentle, neutral laundry detergent with a pH at 7.

2. Avoid laundry beads, shampoos, and strong cleaning products.

3. Turn clothes inside out before washing or ironing.

4. Hand wash gently and quickly, do not soak for more than 10 minutes.

5. Avoid scrubbing too hard, or rubbing against rough surfaces.

6. Air dry in a cool, shaded place, away from direct sunlight.

7. Iron according to washing guide for individual product. Do not tumble dry.

8. Avoid washing often.

9. Storing: keep them in a dark, cool and dry place when not using.

All our pieces are carefully hand-dyed using plant-based methods, with many crafted by hand, ensuring the uniqueness of each item.

Please note that variations in color and texture, color unevenness, and natural fading may occur due to the inherent nature of the crafting process.
