Postponement & Refund Policy

Postponement:

You may postpone your booking within 6 calendar months from your original slot period to a new period arranged by A Bright Place, to avoid clashing with other guests.

Top-up & Charges:

A price top-up will occur if there is a rate difference for the newly arranged slot.

Refund

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, accidents, or illness on our part that prevent us from hosting, we will either arrange a postponement without additional charges or top-ups or provide a full refund up to the total amount received for your booking.

Except for the situations mentioned above, we seek your kind understanding that bookings are non-refundable, as we accommodate only one booking at a time and have limited availability each year.
