Shipping & Returns


International Orders

The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout.

NOTE: taxes and customs fees may be applied at the delivery time; the buyer is responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees.

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

Lost Orders

All orders receive a email notice of shipping status and delivery confirmation. Please track your orders.

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Or contact us immediately to trouble shoot the issue. If we are notified more than 4 days past a said delivery date, we are not responsible for missing packages.

Refund Policy

Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order. All orders (including pre-order and custom orders) on abrightplace.space are final. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that the package will likely come a little crumbled - we avoid over packaging for a more environmental friendly transition. 

Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at info@abrightplace.space with your:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) that were damaged
  • Picture(s) of your damaged products

Refunds

If approved for a refund via email, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels

Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
