It is the buyer's responsibility to follow our "caring instructions" provided for product maintenance, thereby maximising the lifespan of each piece.
Please remember to carefully review the specific care instructions on the tag for each individual product. If these guidelines aren't followed, it may lead to potential damage to the pieces, and in such cases, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
3. Ordering
Placing an order with us means you agree to purchase the selected products at the specified prices. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Payment
We use Shopify. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payment. We do not store any credit card information.
5. Shipping
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 weeks upon your purchase. Custom orders typically require 1.5 - 2 months for fulfilment. Please be aware that shipping times may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order. All orders, including pre-order and custom orders, on abrightplace.space are final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, videos, and logos, belong to A Bright Place. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
